A Master of Business Law, he has been working in the legal department of the agency in various positions since 2021. With several years of experience as a lawyer and working in private organizations, he is also actively involved in the academic field. Since 2018, he has served as an invited lecturer at Ilia State University, specializing in the field of corporate law and regulatory impact assessment. He is the author and co-author of several books and scientific publications in the field of corporate law and corporate governance.
