Mr. Medzvelia is a Doctor of Social Science, field/specialty Economics/Econometrics, awarded at Georgian Institute of Public Affairs, and holds a Master’s Degree in International Business Finance at Bournemouth University, Great Britain, also holds a Bachelor’s degree of Iv. Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Microeconomics and Management.

Mr. Medzvelia has wide experience working for Ministry of Finance, particularly Georgian Revenue Services during 20012-2015, where he worked at different divisions in the fields of data analyses and risk management.

In 2015, Mr. Medzvelia has joined the LEPL National Competition Agency of Georgia and has been employed since then.  The experience gained throughout internationally or locally allows him to be valuable part of any major investigative or monitoring processes that are undergoing throughout the agency. Mr. Medzvelia is the author of several scientific articles.
