Vesselka Kosserska serves as State expert at the Competition Law and Policy Directorate of the Bulgarian Commission on Protection of Competition (CPC). She has Master’s degree in Political Science from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”.

Vesselka has more than 20 years of experience working for the Bulgarian competition authority in different fields – international relations, EU affairs, project management, etc. Since 2009 she has been dealing exclusively with competition advocacy cases and initiatives, having special focus on competition issues in pharmaceuticals and health care, professional services, network industries, and others. Vesselka is the main contact point for the cooperation between the CPC and OECD, including as part of the team responsible for the negotiation process (competition law and policy) for Bulgaria’s accession to the OECD.
