Kristina M. Mulligan is an attorney in the Office of International Affairs at the Federal Trade Commission. Ms. Mulligan focuses on consumer protection and competition matters with cross-border enforcement and policy dimensions. She previously worked in the FTC’s Bureau of Competition, investigating and litigating matters in the Mergers II Division. Prior to joining the FTC, Ms. Mulligan worked for the Open Society Institute in New York City and as an independent art curator. Kristina holds a J.D. from The University of Iowa College of Law, an M.A. from the University Of Iowa School Of Art and Art History, and a B.A. from Lafayette College.
