Ana Taktakishvili serves as a lawyer at GNERC's Market Monitoring Department. Before joining GNERC, she worked at the Ministry of Justice of Georgia as a legal advisor in the Department of Legal Drafting.

At the Market Monitoring Department, Ana's duties and responsibilities include the elaboration and drafting of market monitoring regulations and supporting the implementation and execution of competition legislation in the energy sector.

Ana holds a bachelor's degree in law from Tbilisi State University, an MPA from a joint master's program of TSU and the German University of Administrative Sciences Speyer, and various diplomas from sector-specific learning courses and training programs.​
