SPEAKERS

Ms. Tamar Bazghadze is a lawyer.  She is a Master of Laws (Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University) and also holds an LL.M degree in Commercial Law (Erasmus University Rotterdam, the Netherlands).  Currently, she is a Ph.D student at Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Law as well as the visiting lecturer of the University of Georgia, MA program in International Business Law.  She has experience working both in NGO and governmental sectors.  At different times, she worked in the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources Protection, the Ministry of Justice, LEPL – Teachers’ Professional Development Center.  She has been working in GNERC since 2016 and has been taking the position of Deputy Director of Legal Department since 2022.
