Graduated from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, has a LL.M from New Vision University Tbilisi, and a Master of Economics from Tbilisi State University.

Nika holds an academic position and leads lecture courses in competition law at several Georgian universities, including New Vision University, Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, and Eastern European University. He has been working at the Competition Agency of Georgia since 2014, he headed the Division for Cartel Agreements at the Competition Agency of Georgia, was the chairman of the Georgian State Procurement Dispute Resolution Board, currentlyhe is the head of the Department for Anti-Dumping Measures at GNCA. Nika is the author of several scientific articles and co-author of the first Georgian textbook in competition law.
