Chief Specialist at the Legal Department of the Communications commission and certified lawyer specialising in general law, with 9 years of work experience in the legal field. Over the years, he held various positions in the Department of Legal Provision and Research at the Constitutional Court of Georgia, where he was also the Deputy Head of Department between 2017 and 2020. He also works in the academic field, having lectured on constitutional and human rights law at the Ilia State University, the Summer School of the Constitutional Court and the School of the High Council of Justice.
