Davit Bibileishvili serves as the Head of the Services Department at the Georgian Union of the Blind and is a Board Member of the Georgian Network of Persons with Disabilities.

Since 2022, he has been a member of the Advisory Council of the Coordination Committee of Persons with Disabilities, functioning within the UNCRPD Implementation Mechanism under the Administration of the Government of Georgia.

Beginning in 2021, Mr. Bibileishvili has also acted as an invited member of the Advisory Councils on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities established at the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Justice, and the Ministry of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia.

Between 2019 and 2020, he additionally served as an invited member of the Advisory Council on the Promotion, Protection, and Monitoring of the Implementation of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities under the Public Defender of Georgia.

Mr. Bibileishvili holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Law from the University of Georgia
