Arthur Buduryan is a Partner at Legelata Law Firm in Armenia and a recognized expert in antitrust and competition law. Recognized by Advisory Excellence as Armenia’s sole expert in Antitrust Law, he offers extensive experience handling complex competition issues in both domestic and international markets related to mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, foreign investment, tax, and corporate law, with a portfolio that includes Yandex Eats AM LLC, Foodtech&Delivery B.V., Samsung Electronics Rus Company LLC, AgRIF Cooperatief (Netherlands), Ecosense LLC, Imex Group LLC, and ABC Pharmacia LLC.

Arthur holds an LL.M. in International and European Business, Competition and Regulatory Law from Freie Universität Berlin, where he specialized in algorithmic collusion, as well as LL.M. and LL.B. degrees from Yerevan State University and a diploma from the School of Advocates of Armenia.

He has published on competition law, particularly antitrust compliance, and is known for his proactive and strategic approach, combining European legal education with in-depth knowledge of Armenian and regional frameworks and practical experience from both private practice and in-house counsel roles.
