Member of the Competition Council Hungarian Competition Authority (GVH)Márk Pánczél is Member of the Competition Council and former Head of the Antitrust Unit of the Hungarian Competition Authority. He focuses on antitrust investigations, mergers and consumer protection cases in various sectors.
He represents the Hungarian Competition Authority at various Hungarian and international fora, including the European Competition Network (ECN) and the OECD; he also regularly contributes to seminars and conferences related to competition law.
Márk graduated in law from ELTE University, Budapest; obtained LL.M. in EU Competition Law and Economics (Brussels School of Competition) and International Business Law (Suffolk University, Boston).
