Kwun Seonhwa holds the position of Head of the Insurance and Medical Affairs Team at the Korea Consumer Agency, where she and her team handle investigations and the resolution of consumer disputes related to insurance and medical services, support cross-border complaint handling in relevant product areas, and monitor sectors with a high incidence of consumer harm.

She majored in Nursing Science and worked for seven years as a clinical nurse at Seoul National University Hospital. Later, she earned her Master’s degree in Health Policy Management at Yonsei University, focusing on factors influencing the resolution of medical disputes through mediation
