Director of the Enforcement Division, Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore (CCCS)She oversees the enforcement functions of the CCCS such as its intelligence and investigative capabilities, and also supervises teams working on competition law investigations, mergers, various advisories and policy matters. Prior to joining CCCS, Serene was a Deputy Public Prosecutor in the Attorney-General’s Chambers of Singapore.
