He is a finance and tax expert with an MBA from ESM – School of Business. As co-founder of Fino, an audit and accounting firm, he has significantly impacted the sector since 2011. His leadership extends to serving as President of the Georgian Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) Association, actively advocating for SME growth and policy reform. Through various influential roles, including on the Supervisory Board of the Georgian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and advisory councils in taxation, labour, and trade, Mr Chelidze is dedicated to improving business and regulatory environments in Georgia.
