Mariana has 22 years of working experience in the multidisciplinary, public and private sectors. She was the Director of Agricultural projects’ Management Agency, Enterprise Georgia and Service Agency of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia. She is the Executive Director of the “Georgian Manufacturers’ Association” as well as Deputy Director of “Business Association of Georgia”. 

Mariana is a graduate of the George Washington University School of Business (Project Management), as well as the Caucasus School of Business, London School of Management - DFID, she has a Bachelor's Degree in foreign languages ​​and translation from the Georgian Technical University.
