Mr. Daniel Mańkowski, PhD, J.D. is an attorney at law with over ten years of professional experience in the field of legislation and in the application of competition and consumer protection law. Since 2018, he has taken the stand of the Head of legal department of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, where he coordinates the legislative activity of the office and supervises the proceedings and court cases. Decorated with the Honorary Badge of the Prime Minister for Merits for Polish legislation. Active academic in the field of legislation and consumer law, cooperating with several universities. He has experience working in the public sector (previously in the Ministry of Justice) and representing the authorities' position in international meetings. He took part as a lecturer in bilateral workshops in Armenia and Georgia. In addition, Dr Mańkowski took part in several international (e.g. Czechia, Hungary, Georgia) and national conferences where he represented the position of the office.
