From 2019 to the present, Public Defender of Consumer Interests. In 2005-2019, she held various managerial positions in the Ministry of Environment Protection and Agriculture of Georgia. Since 2016 - until now, she has been giving lectures in the field of Diplomatic, Consular and Administrative law. In 2007-2009, she held the position of National Coordinator of the UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) project.

In 2022, Gvantsa Chkheidze graduated from Chicago Kent Law School, USA, majoring in international law; In 2014, she graduated from the Diplomatic School of Estonia - International Relations and European Integration, and in 2005 from the Faculty of Law of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. Among other achievements, she has been granted a license to practice general law.
