Nino Guleishvili is a lawyer by profession. She graduated from Tbilisi Ivane Javakhishvili  State University Faculty of Law.   Since 2022, she has been a doctoral student of the Georgian Technical University in the field of public law. Until 2008, she worked as a lawyer in various administrative organizations.

Since 2008, she has been working as a public defender of consumer interests at GNERC. In 2014, she was appointed as the regional representative of the public defender in Imereti region of Georgia. Since 2015, Nino Guleishvili has been an administrative law trainer at Z. Zhvania School of Administration, She is a program development consultant in the direction of public programs. Since June 2024, she has been performing the duty of Public Defender of Consumer Interests.
