Giorgi Didebashvili

First Deputy Director of Consumers’ Disputes   Department of Georgian National Energy and Water Supply Regulatory Commission (GNERC)

Giorgi Didebashvili is an energy engineer by profession. He has 24 years of experience in the energy sector. Giorgi Didebashvili has been working in GNERC since 2001. Through its direct involvement in the protection of consumer rights, commission has made precedent decisions that have contributed to improving the protection of consumer interests and the effectiveness of the regulations.

By the initiative of Giorgi Didebashvili, a lecture course on consumer rights protection was developed at the Energy Training Center of GNERC.
