Dr. Elene Tskhomelidze has been leading the Anti-Dumping Measures Department at the Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency since July 2024. Prior to this, she served as a Senior Researcher at the ISET Policy Institute (2023-2024), where her work concentrated on private sector development policy.

From 2021 to 2023, Elene worked at the Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency, focusing on the development of anti-dumping policy in Georgia. Earlier in her career, starting in 2017, she served as a staff member of the Sector Economy and Economic Policy Committee of the Parliament of Georgia.
