ELONAS SATAS
Senior Advisor, Competition Council of Lithuania
Elonas Šatas is a high-level expert in competition law with over two decades of experience in legal affairs, state aid, and competition policy.
He began his career at the Competition Council of Lithuania, leading the State Aid Department as well as the Legal and Competition Policy Department from 2005 to 2011. Between 2011 and 2023, he served two consecutive terms as a Member of the Competition Council and held the position of Deputy Chairman. Currently, he serves as Senior Advisor at the institution, while actively participating in international competition law projects globally.
Mr. Šatas holds a Master’s degree in Law from Mykolas Romeris University.
