Head of the Anti-Dumping Measures Department, Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency
Elene Tskhomelidze, PhD in Economics, has served as the Head of the Anti-dumping Measures Department at the Georgian Competition and Consumer Protection Agency since July 2024. She possesses extensive professional experience in public service, research, and analysis.
From 2023 to 2024, Dr. Tskhomelidze worked as a Senior Researcher at the ISET Policy Institute, where her work focused on analyzing and developing private sector development policies. Previously, from 2021 to 2023, she worked at the Georgian Competition and Consumer Protection Agency, specializing in anti-dumping policy.
Her professional career began in 2017 at the Sector Economy and Economic Policy Committee of the Parliament of Georgia.
