Mr. Baghirov os the Deputy Head of the State Service of State Service for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control under the Ministry of Economy. Before State service department Mr. Baghirov has served as a department head of Market Control Department at the authority. He worked as a marketing manager at "Imperial Tobacco" Azerbaijan representative ofiice, Media Manager at Coca-Cola" Azerbaijan including Azerbaijan Georgia and Turkmenistan. He has worked as a director at “Shans Limited" company and has an expirience of chief accountant at "Philip Morris" Azerbaijan”.

Mr. Elnur has graduated from Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction in 1996 and hold master degree in construction economics and management.
