Doctor in Competition Law. Professor of Private International Law and International Trade at Deusto University and Visiting Professor at several European and North American Law Schools. Holds a Jean Monnet Chair in Transnational Trade Law. More than 50 publications (monographs, articles and book chapters) on Law of the Competition, Private International Law, EU Law.
