President of Competition Council of the Republic of Moldova since 17 February 2022. Member of the Moldovan bar. Provided legal services to local and international companies. Has substantial experience in commercial practice, including competition, intellectual property, corporate law. Worked for the United Nations Development Program in Moldova as part of the Justice and Human Rights Projects Implementation Unit.

In 2003  graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Free International University of Moldova. In 2006,  obtained a master's degree in civil law at the same university.

Between 2013-2015 taught competition law at the Free International University of Moldova.
