Tinatin Gujabidze
Chief Specialist of the Financial Education and Strategic Development Department, National Bank of GeorgiaTinatin Gujabidze is the Chief Financial Education Specialist at the National Bank of Georgia, a position she has held for over eight years. She contributed to the development of Georgia’s National Strategy for Financial Education and its action plan. In her current role, Tinatin is responsible for designing and implementing financial education programs, developing learning materials, and conducting training sessions aimed at building institutional and individual capacity in financial literacy.
Before joining the National Bank of Georgia, Tinatin gained valuable experience in the banking sector, serving as a Micro and Small Business Clients Adviser and a Private Clients Adviser at JSC Credo Bank and JSC ProCredit Bank.
Tinatin holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Banking and Finance, both from Tbilisi State University.
