Aida Gasiūnaitė-Stavginskienė is an accomplished legal professional specializing in consumer rights protection and alternative dispute resolution (ADR). She is the deputy director at Lithuania’s State Consumer Rights Protection Authority. Previously, she managed consumer goods, distance selling and regional coordination divisions, focusing on market surveillance, consumer awareness, and policy implementation. With a robust background in international consumer rights and legal education, she has also contributed to EU-funded projects and published research on ADR in financial and energy services within the EU.
