Member of the Committee of Experts online safety and empowerment of content creators and users (MSI-eSEC) of the Council of Europe and certified lawyer specialising in general law, with more than10 years of work experience in the legal field. Over the years, he held various positions at the Department of Legal Provision and Research at the Constitutional Court of Georgia, including the position of Deputy Head of the Department between 2017 and 2020. He is also active in the academic field, having lectured on constitutional and human rights law at the Ilia State University, the Summer School of the Constitutional Court and the School of the High Council of Justice.
