Project Leader, TWINNING Project – “STRENGTHENING CAPACITY OF THE COMPETITION AGENCY OF GEORGIA”Project leader in the Twinning Project in Georgia – “Strengthening Capacity of the Competition Agency of Georgia”. Chairman of Competition Council of the Republic of Lithuania since 2017. Prior to moving to his current position, he spent almost two years as a senior legal adviser at the UK Office of Fair Trading. Master of Laws from Vilnius University’s Faculty of Law in 1998, LLM degree in European Law (2003) at King’s College London in the UK and a PhD in law (2010). Delivers lectures at Vilnius University’s Faculty of Law from 1998, lectures on competition law since 2005. Mr. Keserauskas is often invited as a guest speaker to local and international competition events.
